please and thank you and are on time for appointments. Courtesy
also demands that we return all phone calls and emails as soon
as possible within 24 hours.

Rule
We treat our clients in the way we
would want to be treated. We prefer our client’s interests
to our own and only make recommendations that are in the
best interests of our
clients.
- Competence
We will make every effort to maintain the highest level of professional
competence by spending several weeks a year attending professional
seminars and workshops. When an issue or question is outside
our area of expertise, we will seek out other experts to find
the answers and solutions.
